 The 26879-4.patch removes most of the inconsistencies between /wp-
 admin/css/install.css and _default_wp_die_handler()'s inline CSS resulting
 in better alignment between the error pages.

 It also makes two additional error pages more user friendly:
 "Table Prefix field should not be empty" and
 "Table Prefix field can only contain numbers, letters, and underscores."

 Additional before/after screenshots are attached.
