 You have 90 menus in the options table, all containing the same post in
 their hierarchy tree - that post gets deleted ... You would have to 1)
 load every menu and search its tree or 2) search LONGTEXT via SQL LIKE and
 then reconstruct each affected tree.

 Also, there's no patch.
