 I feel like something similar came up during the build out of the new
 theme administration page for 3.8. It seems like it could be tough to have
 multiple search boxes on this page.

 Right now, if you search existing themes and nothing comes up, the only
 option that remains on the page is for 'Add New Theme'. If you click 'Add
 New Theme', you're brought to the standard search page. I wonder if we can
 bring the original search term over to that page.
