 Correct. Using the plugins and work-arounds I described avoids (does not
 fix) the issue for any platform or hosting service or combination of
 server and php settings, including Godaddy, where I use those techniques
 for a site with 60+ main menu items. However, I have also seen that some
 users are reporting that the issue my not be in WP at all, but possibly
 conflicts in certain plugins. So you may want to try disabling plugins to
 see if that may be the issue in your case. I don't know or remember which
 plugins were suspects.
