 Sorry to be a pest.. but I notice another warning in latest version of FF:

     Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented
 instead.

 However, I'm not sure if this is specific to this trac ticket; as it
 appears to be occurring on every single admin page.  Just thought I would
 mention it here.

 A few additional questions:

 1.  I see a few tinymce filters have changed; `theme_advanced_buttons` to
 `toolbar` for example.  Will the `mce_buttons` filter still be used?  Or
 will this be changed?

 2.  Codex Page: Do you plan to udpate the existing, or create a new?  I'd
 be happy to contribute.

 3.  TortoiseSVN: To udpate to the latest nightly build; do I just update
 the `src` folder?
