 Good catch. Caused by the changes in the initialization js in WP_Editor.
 Was thinking we can put these 20-30 lines of JS in wp-admin/js/editor.js
 and move it to wp-includes/js/ as it is required when using `wp_editor()`
 on the front-end, similarly to wp-includes/css/editor.css.
