Comment:

 In 25663.patch:
 - Plupload 2.1.1.
 - Remove support for Silverlight. Flash is used in IE < 10. If flash is
 not installed, it will fall back to html4.
 - Remove the limitation and warnings for the flash runtime when uploading
 files larger than 100MB.
