 Given how many functions and development rely on utilizing IDs for posts
 and terms, we still make it difficult, out of the box, to determine what
 the IDs are.

 Yes we can do up some custom code with filters to add them to the
 listings, but people just getting started won't know that.

 It wouldn't necessarily have to be checked by default, to reduce visual
 clutter, but it'd be awesome to just have someone click "Screen options"
 to toggle it on.
