 Currently if using 'order' => 'menu_order' in WP_Query then you cannot use
 offset to offset your posts. I see the reasoning behind that, but
 considering there definitely is still an order I'm not sure why you can't
 still use offset. Is there a workaround or is this something that can be
 fixed?
