 Thanks for you reply.

 Sorry, still learning how to use Trac. So the reason I posted that image
 was due to my process on how I came to post here. First I asked on
 #wordpress freenode and told to look here. Then I ascertained from the
 core.trac.wordpress.org/reports page (the 2nd attached screenshot) that
 this seemed the right place to do it. Perhaps change that or link that to
 meta trac?

 As for mockups, I'm not much a of a UI/UX guy. But if I think of anything
 I'd be happy to share it.
