 Using a lot of exclamation marks doesn't really help. Also did you tried
 uploading an image just before upgrade and just after upgrade? We didn't
 change this code that much during this release.

 You can easily downgrade to 3.7. It shouldn't break a thing but it can
 happen since we don't test that.
