 Mediaelement.js can be rigged to work
 responsively^[http://www.shcp.gob.mx/diseno_home_responsivo/mediaelement/demo
 /mediaelementplayer-responsive.html 1]
 [http://coolestguidesontheplanet.com/videodrome/mediaelementjs/ 2]^,
 however the implementation in the video shortcode doesn't support this out
 of the box, nor is it easy to override (Related: #25312).
