 #24672 is pretty specific to allowing our all-important models to continue
 to evolve without worrying about breaking plugins. Other classes are case-
 by-case. I don't think there is much of a use case in extending
 WP_Adjacent_Post, but if someone wanted to, it doesn't matter to me that
 much.
