Comment:

 jacopo.vip, what do you mean by "switch to other media types like "Audio"
 "? The dropdown is a filter yes, so prefixing it with "All" doesn't make
 sense for me, since it's not all as in "All media items". It's btw the
 same filter as on wp-admin/upload.php.
