 I do really like the idea of eventually moving away from a predefined
 email option, but what's the harm in allowing a comma delineated list of
 addresses? Seems the only thing we'd have to do is modify the way the
 option is sanitized so as to not strip out commans when multiple email
 addresses are detected.
