 Even beyond the reset to the initial defaults, it would be very handy to
 have a reset for all changes to settings since the user started editing
 after the customizer loaded, and also to be able to reset the changes to
 an individual control. As it is right now, you have to reload the entire
 customizer if you want to get back to a non-dirty state.
