 Some of the styling inside the editor has changed a bit: the appearance of
 the `more` and `nextpage` tags, the buttons that appear on clicking an
 image, the gallery placeholder has a "selected" state, etc.

 This ticket is to improve and "tie up" these changes together and to
 improve the default styling inside the editor.
