 > To address this for the time being, I removed the overlay in
 [attachment:24409-06.patch 24409-06.patch]. I improved the UX a little by
 removing the toolbar when starting to drag and when cutting or copying a
 selected image to avoid ending up with an orphaned toolbar when dragging
 an image to a new location.

 On second thought, we only want to remove the toolbar on {{{cut}}}, which
 is adjusted in [attachment:24409-07.patch 24409-07.patch].
