 Looks good, Sergey. Also, `jQuery('#wpadminbar')` should be changed to
 `$('#wpadminbar')` for consistency.

 We might even add selector caching, both for `$('#wpadminbar')` and
 `$(window)` in the `tb_position` functions, but that could go to a new
 ticket.
