 Along the same lines as the last bullet point:
  * If your editor is not fully within the viewport, it should scroll the
 window until it is. And then it should stop. And then probably throttle,
 per the second bullet point.

 Really what I'd love is if the editor height "snaps" to the height of the
 page, automatically. There's no reason for the editor to ever be taller
 than your viewport. It should shrink in that case.
