 Hello,

 I'd like to get a filter to be able to change de table name/format for the
 function _get_meta_table.

 Here's one use case from the buddypress plugin trac :

 https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4551

 It could also be used for others and other plugins.
