 After you filled the form at Tools->Network Setup, it asks you to add some
 code in wp-config.php

 Currently, it says

 {{{
 Add the following to your wp-config.php file in X:\dir\dir2\wp/ above the
 line reading /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */:
 }}}

 The path shown as X:\dir\dir2\wp/ should be in this format X:/dir/dir2/wp/
