 Sorry @F J Kaiser, I think nacin and I confused ourselves and then you. We
 both thought that there were still separated login styles in the head and
 just colors were loaded, not the whole wp-admin.css. We'll make this
 better along with the CSS split in #26669 - I'll leave a note over there
 as well as in my own notes so we don't forget.
