Comment:

 [attachment:17545.4.diff] is a refresh of @kawauso's patch against trunk.

 This fixes the issue where entering a page number directly in the top
 right of the list tables for `site-users.php` and `site-themes.php` causes
 the page to reload. Things work in my testing.
