 linked to. This is taken from that page.
 > The downlevel-revealed conditional comment enables you to include
 content in browsers that don't recognize conditional comments.

 The Twenty Twelve theme uses downlevel-hidden to add their conditional
 comment. So I believe we're using the correct syntax in this case.
