 When creating a new page he is creating as a draft and not the name you
 entered in the title field.

 Only 4.1 accuses this error, even after being amended permalink settings,
 continues to save as a draft and not with the new name.

 create new page:

 Link image 1 > [http://prntscr.com/5l8fn2]

 create new post:
 [[Image(http://prntscr.com/5l8gxj)]]
 Link image 2 > [http://prntscr.com/5l8gxj]
 Language for: portuguese-brazil.
