 Hi - updated to 4.1 and now every time I open a page to edit it I get a
 notification in top left-hand corner telling me about distraction-free
 writing but when I hit the 'dismiss' icon on the notification the notice
 does not go away and it blocks a large part of the editor screen at top
 left.
