 The `<code>` tags on the About page have a `direction: ltr` rule applied
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/branches/4.1/src/wp-
 admin/css/common.css#L398 in common.css] but this doesn't seem to be
 having the desired effect. The closing parenthesis remains RTL.

 Do we need
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/30743/30743.diff
 yoavf's patch] to fix this?
