 @truebird: Most problems are caused by plugins which add additional
 filters or try to change the default filter chain of WordPress. I
 recommend setting up a plain WordPress setup in a separate test
 environment without any plugins at all. Then add the plugins you currently
 use - one by one - and check the results.
