Comment:

 One of the issues with bundling plugins in core is ensuring they're up to
 date. JetPack iterates fairly quickly and we could end up shipping an out
 of date version for most of each release cycle. Not ideal.

 Thanks for the idea, but there are better ways to promote plugins, ie.
 through the featured or recommended plugins section of the plugin
 installer. I don't think we'll be bundling any more plugins into core.
