 Steps to reproduce.

 1. When a page is like this when the first load,,,

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/z6m75MJB7Q.png)]]

 2. Then make your browser short like this...

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/wVGrTUr9lC.png)]]

 Expected: I should be able to scroll the page to see the bottom of the
 sidebar.

 Reality: The page is not scrollable, so I can't see the bottom of the
 sidebar.

 It's kind of an edge case but it'd be great if we can solve this issue.
