 I used the Beta Tester plugin to update from 3.9 to 4.0.1 and then
 4.1-beta2-30755.

 While surfing the admin pages, I found upload.php almost completely blank.

 Next visited the post editor and was able to see images in the Insert
 Media modal window.

 Clicked back to upload.php, still BLANK!  :O  Something ain't right here!
