 There are a couple plugins that have similar features:

 - [https://wordpress.org/plugins/multisite-administration-tools/ Multisite
 Administration Tools] - works for themes and plugins listing pages; adds
 themes/plugins columns to Sites list in Network admin.
 - [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-theme-stats/ WordPress
 Multisite Theme Stats] - works for themes only

 Have you tried either of these?
