 Ok, I'm testing this out and on my test install which has over 20 plugins,
 I was recommended an 8 year old plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins
 /admin-ip-watcher/ Maybe the recommendations could detect the last updated
 text and not recommend plugins that haven't been updated in 3 years or
 more?
