 Thanks for the report.

 Are you clicking the DFW button? It is enabled by default, so there's no
 need to click it to enable it.

 Otherwise, which browser/OS are you using? Are there any JavaScript errors
 in the browser console? Can you reproduce with all your plugins
 deactivated and the default theme enabled?
