 If a plugin (or a theme) is using/enqueuing the datepicker from WP core,
 all the strings (name of month, etc.) are English and not localized.

 It would be great to also have these files integrated with it:
 https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/tree/master/ui/i18n

 Maybe this is plugin territory, but as 4.0 has a strong focus on l18n I
 just want add that idea.
