 The Customizer API section in [attachment:29243.2.diff] looks good.
 "Customizer" should be capitalized, but otherwise, it provides a good
 brief summary of the stuff in 4.0 including big things that'll be lesser-
 used (panels) and a combination of smaller things that'll be super helpful
 for developers (control stuff).
