"spam" comments.

 API URL :
 "https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1/sites/$site/comments/"

 When sending value as "all" to the Query parameter "status" for the above
 API, should return comments of all statuses, according to the developer
 documentation.
 But instead, it returns comments excluding "spam" comments.
