 Thanks for the report Yatish. I've tested this and I'm unable to reproduce
 the problem. A caption is inserted along with the image, as expected.

 Do you have any plugins active on your site which may be interfering? Can
 you try disabling them one by one?

 Which browser and OS are you using?
