 It's a typo that needs to be fixed. I would not use the word problem here.
 Specially if you see the patch added on GlotPress. There are a lot of
 similar issues being addressed. But this is an issue in GlotPress and not
 WordPress core. A ticket on meta sometimes could make sense but not for
 this.

 If for a reason on GlotPress side we decide that native names don't have
 to start with a Capital then on the API side we can still do that.
