Comment:

 Yes, I know, that is only for testing purposes, but then there should be
 delivered language version only in the case of change in GlotPress? I
 updated language packs, did not make any changes on GlotPress side, so
 there is no need to update languages (.po file header is newer then latest
 GlotPress change). And languages are not up to date. This ticket should be
 open, until testing mode works correctly, I guess...
