 ocean90: Thank you, but constant `DISALLOW_FILE_MODS` is not a solution,
 because it stops also plugin and theme updates? I tried also your
 remove_action example, but after upgrading one theme (Dashboard -
 Updates), language files were overwritten once again (using latest
 trunk)...
