Comment:

 List tables must have the `.view-switch`  even on mobile screens,
 especially on upload.php, because the new grid view has a visible `.view-
 switch`.

 The other solution is to remove the `.view-switch` on the new media grid,
 making it the only available view on mobile screens.

 Please help sort out what solution is the best. This patch is just a
 start.

 Beta4 is out, and RC1 coming soon. This is now a trap with no escape,
 while on mobile.
