 In [attachment:23560.20.diff] - focus the media close button at the end of
 setState, effectively focusing the close button when opening modal,
 switching to edit mode, and switching back out of edit mode with either
 cancel or back action.

 This change does not affect the focus in the media grid.

 Fixes:
  * Focus is lost going into/out of image edit mode.
