 I have disabled all plugins and ran the 2012/2013/2014 default themes.
 Makes no difference.  When I run IE 9, all is right with the world, it is
 IE10 and higher that seem to goof up on me.  As I say, the button
 behaviors are present, it is the icons that are missing.
