 Been trying a few things of my own, and the more I think of it, the more
 I'm thinking we need to make the sidebar scroll only proportionately to
 how tall it is compared to the viewport, so that that there can never be
 unreachabe areas. I almost hate to employ the now-overused term, but it's
 basically what parallax is, based on the sidebar's height.
