Comment:

 Using normal debug bar and wp_debug set to true, I don't have any errors
 on my site. I can reproduce the error with blackbox-debug-bar, however it
 shows on also 3.9.2 as well so this isn't 'new'

 Looking at SimplePie, this may just be to support older versions of PHP:
