 Steps to Reproduce:

 1) In a post (new or old) insert a new image.
 2) Use TAB to go to the TITLE and enter content
 3) Use TAB again to go to CAPTION

 What should happen is you're not in the CAPTION field. What actually
 happens is you're sent back to URL

 This only happens on the Insert New Media modal, and is fine on the in-
 post editor in Visual Mode.
