 In the editor, when editing a long post, you can no longer scroll only the
 post content — widgets scroll, too.

 I am using Chrome 36/Mac.

 In the attached screenshot, you can see the visual editor no longer has
 scroll bars.

 Using svn-bisect, I determined the problem started occurring with this
 commit:
 r29049 | azaozz | 2014-07-09 18:05:06 -0400 (Wed, 09 Jul 2014) | 1 line

 Chris from VIP support says there is an internal (.com) trac ticket #28905
