 The media modal for adding media in the Customizer no longer opens. For
 example, when clicking "Add New Image" under Header Images, no modal will
 open, an we get this error:

 `Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'show' of undefined`

 The error happens in `media-views.js`, L5817.

 The bug was introduced in r29428.
